    The challenges1.Bad environment,toxic people,sleeping people but still get the same benefit & bonus. 2.HOD is sometimes unfair to staff. 3.Talk is not the same as make. 4.Too much workload & HOD doesn't do anything.

    The challengesNo work life balance if you work in the purchasing department, no overtime pay but expect you to work extra hours, task overload, always work understaffing due to high turnover in the purchasing department, work under overbearing and unreasonable boss!
