    The good thingsOne of the best parts about working here is the friendly, close-knit atmosphere, it really feels like being part of a family. The team-building events are well thought out and fun, making it easy to bond with colleagues. I also appreciate how much I’ve learned since joining; the guidance and mentorship have helped me grow both professionally and personally.
    The challengessince I’m naturally more reserved, it took me a bit longer to flip side, feel comfortable and build strong relationships with my teammates. While everyone is welcoming, the pace of social interaction can feel fast for someone who prefers to warm up slowly. It’s not a downside of the company itself, just something that required a little extra adjustment on my end.

    The good thingsGood environment, good manager, learn how to talk with others people, how to manage problems, how persuade and convince them to trust us, learn to be an independent, make own ideas,make own thinking, can improve my design, learn how to manage problems
    The challengesProperty out of my field, take long time to learn about leasing, sqft, price. Also challenges for me when need to close deal with customer face to face. Sometimes working outsides, go Bangsar or go HQ for meeting. Need to be independent. Go anywhere use public transport.
