    The good things1. You get to learn fast, act fast -- Self improvement. 2. Adapt to harsh & fast paced working environment -- Self discipline.

Not all listed Public Holidays are gazette in this company, so do expect yourself to work full day on a PH day without OT.

    A new experience of knowledge
    The good thingsComfortable sharing and discussion of works with every colleague and superior even daily living life. An understanding employer towards staff working situation, even family situation and welling to hear out with advise.
    The challengesSometimes there are tender that short of times for designing and preparing measurement and bill of quantities and too many submission of quotation with amendments which can make us confuse in our works.

    The good thingsExcellent first job for fresh graduates, especially for civil/geotechnical engineers. A hardworking and eager candidate will find the job demand exceptionally rewarding in terms of job satisfaction, technical knowledge, site management, and people managment.
    The challengesNature of job requires candidate to spend long hours in challenging site conditions, definitely not for the faint hearted.
