    being photography and know how to take picture perfectly.
    The good thingshave a nice team and im enjoy the jobs during intership.
    The challengescamera is heavy but its okay im really enjoy with this job and sometimes im not understand how to edit that photo but i have senior and they will teach me step by step. They all really kind. If ANGKASA open new jobs i will apply it InsyaAllah one day.

    good team leader and organization
    The good thingsteam leader like to hear opinion from our team members and even vice-president also hear officer's opinion.. each sector support each other when do project.
    The challengestime working is flexible. sometimes discussion can be drag till 8-10pm. and boss contact personally even during at off day or at night.

    Very interesting when you handled 2 vice presidents with differents porfolio at one time.
    The good thingsMultiple tasks are done at the same time for 2 different vice presidents and you will feel satisfied when they present them in front of other people.
    The challengesLearned so many things about domestic and international cooperatives. Need to visit other cooperatives frequently and learn about them.

    The good thingsI am currently finished my internship program under human resources department at Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia. During my internship, I also has been covered in manpower unit (recruitment unit), training and competency unit, industry relation unit and payroll unit.
    The challengesThe challenges that I have faced when working is I need working from home. This is due to the lack of communication. As we know, communication between humans is already hard enough face-to-face, but it’s much harder when working from home. However, I have try my best to be as productive intern I am and I was able to handle the situation which is always need to have a phone call to the staffs when the information given to me was unclear.
