A good studio that got lazy (and reckless).The good things- Flexible work hours.
- Bonus at the end of the project as promised in signed agreement.
- Kitchen in the office to cook and bake.
- Weekly meetings among different departments for updates.
- Company parties.
- Coffee machine.
- Kind boss.
- Homey office environment.
- Approachable and friendly people.
- Company trips.
The challenges- Currently does not have as many good projects after Season 2 Moominvalley.
- Financially wasteful on things like "leadership" workshops and gym equipment when company can spend that money on buying more high-end hardware to increase work productivity.
- Many senior good artists have left.
- Long time employees are not given proper training after promoted.
- Management will ask for improvements but not listen or implement it when advise is given.
