Good place but discontinue my service because of my high salary(for me).
The good thingsFriendly employee & boss. Nice environtment. Works flow with a good system. No pressure at all. Less stress becouse other employee have a lot of toys on thier table. Kind of mini galleries for me.
The challengesIm ok with the salary but still not enough to properly survive because I have a family to feed. Because of my salary( a bit hight from others/no offend), the company cant pay me more then they discontinued my service after my contract end.

    Great experience, very low salary
The good thingsIts a great place to start for newly graduate, you'll meet friendly colleagues, fellow weebs and toys/figurines enthusiast, even monthly game activities from different department. W
The challengessometimes you get assign a task that is not in your job scope, its a good opportunity, good for your resume I guess, but your salary wont change. When the salary is already very very low itself.

It's okay to do your internship here but I don't recommend long term
The good thingsThe colleagues are kind
The challengesReally low payment, plus long working hours and alternative weekends (full day), the pay isn't enough for a living, especially for those who live far... Even working as a waiter earns more than working here. (no offense to waiters).

Amazing company to gather work experiences.
The good thingsI enjoy working there because of the environment. My colleagues were very friendly, helpful and kind to me. Even though I was an intern, they treated me like I was already a part of their family. They included me in their games, conversations etc. Usually when you're a new comer, they would treat you differently or ignored you for a while. Here, you can always ask them for bits of help.
The challengesThis company is small and have a small number of employee. Thus, it makes you do a task for a few projects at the same time. It is tiring and the pressure is high especially when you have to chase the deadline.

Great work experience and a sporting boss.
The good thingsMy boss was very supportive, nice and great to work with. It was interesting being a part of the company who made Bola Kampung, a show that I used to watch as a kid.
The challengesIt was difficult coming up with new ideas.

Good for gaining skills and expiriences
The good thingsI dont have any animation expirience before. But they teach me everything
The challengesStayed for 2 years learning and improving. Then received offer that was tremendously better salary. For me this place is good for gaining experience. But the salary is way too low. So my advice, learn everything here and then try your luck on other company

    Good place for training
The good thingsThis company provide good training course for newcomer. They teach from a-z better than most university in malaysia. the working envoiroment is great, easy to buy food for breakfast and lunch. Lots of activities handled by management
The challengesNot a good idea to build your career. Low salary offer. annual increment sometimes not even \"annual\". Alternate saturday need to work full day. But this place is good for anyone who dont have any expirience in animation, maybe you can stay here for a year or two, then find other company that offer better salary

Great place to learn but low social interaction.
The good thingsAble to learn new things. everyone can help share knowledges. Feedback is quick they show what you are lacking off to help improve.
The challengesI barely know anybody else from other department. There was never office icebreaking event. Even annual grand dinner is once in a year. I dont know if this is a nerd thing, but barely anyone can make jokes around the office.

    Video editing and special effects
The good thingsEnvironment was very nice. Colleagues and bosses were so friendly and considerate. Can also learn new experience and skills as they provided staff training, especially for fresh graduates. The office provided prayer room for Muslim, and allowed them to go Friday prayer.
The challengesThe working hours wasn't synchronize with the salary. There was also no overtime payment. Salary rates were hardly to increase, unless for the longer staff, maybe above 5 years. The basic salary wasn't enough to earn a living in Kuala Lumpur.
