    People here are great working together. Can learn a lot.
    The good thingsLearn many things, many tough and difficult work which require us to learn, adapt and contribute a lot
    The challengesBad working environment (heavy dust and hot). Bad management (ad-hoc system, messy arrangement, HOD to comfortable with no real improvement, HOD like to hide real rootcause of breakdown). Very hard to get promoted even if your appraisal is very good for 2-3 straight years

    Fair Company
    The good thingsThey are the most efficient steel mill in the region and also one of the most stable one, being around for 70 years. Bonus and increment is yearly affair without fail (even in bad time) and performance based. People are friendly and majority of the bosses are nice people.
    The challengesCertain departments turn over are high , e.g finance , sales. A company that is controlled and managed by the founding family where 'micro-management' still exist. The appraisal system is a 'bit screw up'. It emphasised on achieving the company's 'bell curve' which is disadvantage to smaller department where population is small. A 'pressure cooker' working environment for certain department.
