Good working relationship and environment!The good thingsThe most important for me is the respect from management. They always want us to keep in mind, your family is important beside work. We should have no overtime practice in here. (Oppps....we do have now, but it is very minimum with flexible time choose).
Another working culture here are, there is no politic and hierarchical organization. The management is given us full freedom and authority to manage our work. They won't interrupt or criticism on the decision we make. But they will give 100% support to you throughout the project or task we performed. You felt secure to work with them, that give you confident and won't feel bad.
Trust is important for me. If you don't trust me, don't take me!
The challengesCompany is growing fast. it was triple size grown from the time I joined in within 2.5 years. There are multiple nationality and culture now. There are always have 2 sides view. More people - more power, but in another side, it take time to train and educate new generation comer. We need to maintain quality and professional work along company growth.
