    The good thingsVery relaxed environment. Good if you want to take things nice and slow. Work form home (2-3 days in office a week) Acceptable employee benefits
    The challengesMNC but run like Malaysian culture. Too laid back and slow paced. Lack of challenge with many manual tasks that should already be replaced by ai. If you have any inch of ambition, this is not the place for you.

    The good thingsA lot of manual work, old methods, old machine, like back to the future, can learn or relearn how to work 15, 20 years ago.
    The challengesPoor maintenance of everything, no system, everything tired looking and depressing. Work 24 hours, 365 days. Company hype about work life balance, human rights - all that only to pass audit.
