    Fun, flexible and easy-going environment
    The good thingsThe environment is very enjoyable, very easy-going. There is a lot of bonuses for each employee. Employees are very sociable, very kind, they don't let you feel like a shut-off.
    The challengesThere are too few employees. Most projects get distributes between the same employees. Please join us. The environment is very easy-going but the workforce is very limited. (esp. in development area)

    The good thingsBosses very understanding. There's no punch card. Flexible time (you can work all night, and come in late the next day, as long as you get the jobs done).
    The challengesThey do not evaluate employee performance. So, don't expect salary increase every year. Salary also can be quite below average compared to other company with same business.
