    A Challenging and Enjoyable experience
    The good things1) The provided guidance and tasks allowed for a continuous growth experience during the five months I spent with them. 2) Employees have personalities with allow newcomers to easily get along with. 3) Interns were not excluded from general discussions. 4) Interns were eased into the Job Description and not thrown into the deep end from the start. 5) Employers are friendly and willing to help with situations outside work task.
    The challenges1) Occasional unexpected new task due to external partners request. 2) I was constantly challenged to think outside the box, which allowed me to develop my creativity and problem-solving skills.

    Great internship experience in a startup company
    The good things1- Great and reliable colleagues which help me a lot throughout my internship. 2- Working hours here is flexible and manager is friendly yet still maintains professionalism 3- Great place to be creative and independent in decision-making which I really like about this company.
    The challenges1- I have to put a bit extra effort since the workload is quite heavy, still, it is a good experience overall.
