    The good thingsGood medical coverage for self,spouse and child. Subsidized covered parking Food availability at Sunway Pyramid Clean toilet with epic water pressure Hands off management style Proper systems in place to get work done Given tools here are great Colleagues at the time were fun
    The challengesSmall office Pantry availability slowly diminished over time CEO pecking even at junior execs during yearly sales audit Some group support could be better if they got off their high horse Petty issues can be blown up at times, really hurts your will to work here Teamwork could be better at times No bonus 2 years straight Instruments sold are quite niche to a certain extend, hence the stress Brown nosers and taichi masters are present

    The good thingsCommission scheme and payout are one of the best in the industry. Good team to work with, colleagues are extremely helpful. However, the stress is not a joke here, they have very high expectations on you

    The good thingsDecent insurance coverage Nice office but small. Situated in Sunway Pinnacle, hence toilet is confirm clean. Good option for food. Relatively good tools needed for work. Notebook, monitor, USB C Hub, bag, headset, enterprise software. Like how decent MNCs are. Parking covered. Decent comms
    The challengesGreen management Challenging mid management. High EQ needed to management them and to get work done. Takes experience, patience and a touch of ignorance to perfect this. Too small a team, you make do work that isn't in your KPI but your KPI is expected to perform Expected to know all and do all within your portfolio. If compared to some other principals, is an eye opener. The annual review is also an eye opener. Experience being audited from No.1. Teamwork at times needs work among peers(as in to rally help). Your mental health is tested here. If you're a super high achiever and ignorant to these challenges that you may face. Then yes, this can be your next workplace.
