    The good thingsEven though the benefits not much, but employer do take care of their staff much. It's a good start place for new fresh graduate where you can learn basic trouble shooting of desktop support, application support such as ERP/MRP application. Inventory management of small EDP department.
    The challengesLong term, career prospect is kinda low as it's a small EDP department and not much you going to do. Only routine monthly activity which do towards desktop users. There is no much involve in server environment or network. Little bit of support. That's all.
