    Great experience with good people
The good thingsAll the staffs are friendly and willing to guide me from the beginning until the last day of working there. The working environment was great as each of the staff are provided with a big desk. There were events held outside of the company which give you more exposure to create a bigger network.
The challengesless communication with staff from other departments.

Come, if only you think you're REvengers
The good thingsYou'll learn how to tackle with peculiar people around and the cultural difference in Benfield, Hewitt & ARS. Note on the double standard, you're only allowed to do more things when you hold a higher position - senior & above, or be more peculiar than the peculiar. You'll realize they've isolated themselves with the outside world, making you so special/strange when you step out to the society. Anyway, probably they have a better perspective than I do.
The challengesSame as the above, sums up pretty good things to learn here, so welcome.

Gain a lot of skills and knowledge for the interns!
The good thingsGain a lot of skills and knowledge. It is an adventure on its own and will challenge not only your intelligence but also patience. This was an amazing opportunity for me and I would do it again.
The challengesPretty stressful. The intern must have strong physically and mentally. Because there will be heavy workload, task must be done in timely manner, and the most stressful part when the staff were lack of communication, too workaholic.
