Lack of professionalism, absence of employee feedback processes, inconsistent management practices, and poor team collaborationThe good thingsBuilding a close and productive relationship with the Malaysian team. Their support, teamwork, and shared goals made every project more rewarding.
The challengesThe lack of support and proper training. Expectations were often unrealistic, with difficult tasks assigned under tight deadlines and minimal guidance. Additionally, I experienced inconsistent treatment from management, and found the Australian team (particularly the Melbourne office) to be generally unsupportive.
