Good learning exposure, but favoritism affects fairness and career progression.
The good thingsOpportunity to learn operational processes and market-related work. Some colleagues are helpful and supportive on a day-to-day basis. Decent work-life balance
The challengesPerceived favoritism and nepotism within the company, especially in decision-making and career advancement. Promotions and opportunities are not always based on performance or merit. The company must improve transparency in performance evaluation, promotion criteria & decision making. Creating a more merit-based and inclusive environment would help improve employee morale and retention.

The good thingsI enjoy working with a supportive and collaborative team. The company provides a positive work environment where ideas are valued and teamwork is encouraged.
The challengesConstructive feedback and regular communication from management are always valuable. More consistent one-on-one sessions or feedback loops could help employees understand expectations better and feel more supported in their roles.
