    The good thingstoxic positivity, aggrasive selling, get rich fast.
    The challengesits a pyramid scheme system. used to employ as many recruit as possible. only benefit manager & upper level. you wont have benefit here im you are employee.

    commission based company
    The good thingsfriendly environment and very communicative staff workers. They always motivate each other so that other staffs will able to perform well. Moreover, they guide each of us one by one.
    The challengesSince it is a commission based company, I found it little harder to earn a fixed payment. It also hard to get customers as well.
