    Be strong for the training and be mentally and physically prepared
    The good thingsYou still may encounter supportive and positive people
    The challenges- Some sr colleagues being toxic and form their ‘only’ circle - Over workload that not meet the offer - Overtime almost everyday and the SV dont care about you. They said ure slow, while it was because the 100 - 200+ sample delivered to you late.

    The challengesThis is definitely not a place for you to grow. If you’re introvert, they will label you as a negative person. Ppl being nice in front of you but will talk behind your back. Mediocre management.

    Political free environment to excel your true capabilities
    The good thingsEmployer provides a challenging but fair platform for me to learn about management, doesn't criticize on my mistakes but guide and assist me to overcome the obstacles or challenges. Although the CEO and director are based in Singapore, but the weekly communication are positive and progressive for work accomplishment. If you are within the age of 25-35 and have yet meeting a good mentor in your career, this company will be a good choice for you to learn and proof yourselves.
    The challengesMost of the people here are having great passion about their works. As newbies, sometimes you might forget about your work life balance because too much enjoy in the process with working with the others. The family-like relationship among the colleagues will always remind you about your family, where most of the managers are married with children and thus I believe they truly balance their work life and attracting you to be one of them in future.

    The good thingsThe commission payout is on monthly basic to allow you to feel the heat, and when you are hitting your target, the payout is above the market rate. Energetic & talented young graduates is encouraged to join here for 2 to 3 years; I'm sure you won't regret to develop your sales career here. The experienced sales can look at here for its nice working environment and challenge the limit of ur income.
    The challengesYou would need to tally match the needs of the clients, whom are well-educated (Master, PHD or Post Doc in Life Sciences). Handy knowledge and application of all services that available in this company is very challenging. However, once you went through this process, you will become from nobody to somebody in this field.
