    The good thingsBeverage and drinks provided in pantry Caring and Excellent hospitality by HR Flexible shift. Average level of stress. Gym provided and PC for social media and game. Surau clean and fragrant. Conduct games for staff such as badminton and football reward perfect attendance staff and highest typing test result. Email by company to wish you happy birthday and entitle for birthday cupcake from company. Training given and people treated nicely. Trust is upmost valued, you can even left your phone on table or if drop something, they will return it to you.
    The challengesSometime have to cover a lot of country which may increase stress OT paid in Aeon voucher Need to work on public holiday and weekend. either SAT or SUN Hardly to claim for leave or emergency leave. Emergency leave taken will deduct salary

    INTERESTING EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsgive so many training to increase our value of work and understanding.the company well maintain the worker compliment. I have been in such a great team that can collaborate and communicate well.
    The challengesManage to work in very tough team that very high booking request, it is very challenging to going through but it was great experience to handle critical request under pressure.

    The good thingsRelease Bill of lading to Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand Booking Party and Freight Forwarder. Help my teammate to help with Europe Country as well. Good teammate and Manager. Having good understanding with all staffs.
    The challengesSome times have possibility work on Public holidays. Back up other staff work when they on leave. The company provide shift allowance for the staffs. Having chances to transfer to overseas as well.

    The good things- nice office - as long as you do your work, no interference from bosses - if you prefer to work without much interaction, its great!
    The challenges- not much room to grow - no work-life balance. Company is open 24/7 so your work timings can be odd depending on which shift you are alocated. - salary growth is small

    Customer Service in the Shipping Industry
    The good thingsAs a customer service rep in the shipping line the level of stress is not too high, depending on the season. It's different from other customer service in other industries because your customers are mostly knowledgeable of the industry. This company gives a good working environment especially for those who enjoy working individually. Due to the current down time in the shipping industry things can be a bit uncertain.
    The challengesThe worst thing is having to stare at the computer all day long. It has a direct impact on the eyesight. Due to time limitation ie. before goods arrive at the destination CS rep has to solve the problems effeciently and effectively. Stress also comes from high monetary impact if problems are not sorted out on time. However this does not happen very often.
