    HIGH TURN OVER DUE LOW IN EMPLOYEE BENEFIT
    The good thingsflexible environment and friendly colleague and supervisor.
    The challengesLow and depressed rate of salaries & benefits therefore the employee turnover is very high. ( low in medical benefit, no dental, no parking allowance and workers Welfare is low )

    The good thingsFlexible working hour but vary according to team. Replacement hour benefit. Working as a team by helping each other.
    The challengesDepending on the task handle.Need to perform closing within the given timeframe. Thus, need to stay extra hours to compleye the closing.

    The good thingsPunctuallity - all report must finish on timely basis, because the report need to review by the other level of management Working environment - all the staff are friendly, never felt bored. Benfit - in term of benefit given by company - a lot of benefit to retain workers to be loyal with the company
    The challengesWork under pressure with insufficient worker - the hardest time to manage ourselves to make sure all the task given completed.

    Good learning experience but salary is low with high workload
    The good thingsNew office with new coffee machine. Good place to gain work experience. Be prepared to deal with huge workload. May be required to work on weekends. Office is accessible by LRT at UOA Business Park, Glenmarie. Managers are generally okay.
    The challengesHuge workload but not enough staffs. Salary increment is little. Lowest is MYR100 per year if no promotion. Management will promote a staff if the staff has potential can show potential to meet expectation.
