    The good thingsNothing great about this place except for just the provided lunch and some discount on their products.
    The challengesToxic work culture in their R&D department. The SR Managers are politicking and this cascade down to their teams which stops all collaborations from the working level.

    The good thingsIf you are hardworking, you can learn many things here. The superiors can teach you but you must show interest. Aside from that; - friendly colleagues - good environment - cheap cafeteria - relaxing work - three breaks, every 2hour work - For Muslims, no difficulty to go and pray, but please don't misuse the time to relax longer
    The challengesThere is no official job scope for internship, most of the time the supervisor will just ask you to go and help other workers. Like I stated before, if you are hardworking, you can learn much, but if you just want to chill, then you won't get much. Aside from that; - unhygienic toilet - average salary - workers not so ethical

    The good things5 days working per week+ credit all public holidays regardless weekend or sunday. Fixed cashless lunch allowance. Medical Minimum 18days annual leaves.
    The challengesPublic listing company. Result oriented. Pressurize from top management. Require high EQ and IQ. The company is still expanding internationally, growing has stepping stones and obstacles to overcome.

    Replace,repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and liaise with customer
    The good thingsVery supportive in assisting breakdown related to troubleshooting of hardware, Supervisor shows concern to technician and able to compromises if their is an emergency leave. Very skilled and provide creative solution to prevent machine from breakdown long period of time. Colleagues are always supportive in lending hands or exchange knowledge.
    The challengesCompany should raise a higher salary for technician to able then perform better, control their productivity, give a company benefit such as insurance, dental, change company GDL vehicle to reduce breakdown.
