    The good thingsSalary is paid on time. All public holidays are non-working day, if required to work on a public-holiday workers are paid accordingly. If public holidays fall on Saturdays, additional leave will be added. Opportunities to travel abroad for work and company trips.
    The challengesPromotion opportunities may depend on seniority and not capability. Location of some subsidiaries at Bukit Beruntung may be a hindrance to hire talents due to the distance from town areas.
