    Stressful but good chance to learn
    The good thingssince 2012 I worked here. this company not for jumping your carrier if you stay longer and do you job nicely you can get more chance and better conditions. the management try to fight for benefit to staff, and boss also recognized about welfare of staff.
    The challengesit is not easy to stay longer here. stress for time keeping and working attitude control. you need to prepare yourself to do new things. request new things sometimes even you never learn.

    The good thingsCompany is expanding and getting bigger. Its actually have a good working environment and friendly staff. Located at a very strategic area.
    The challengesIts not convenient when it comes to leave. Annual leave very minimal of 8day per year for below 2year working and cannot simply take AL. even can't finished up the AL when its year end. most of the leave not approved even we still have AL.
