    Experience as fresh graduate in APM
    The good thingsAlways get noticed if you are a graduate, as most of the people are experienced however low education level. Thus, there are a lot of contributions that you will be able to provide and excel in the company.
    The challengesToo many experienced staff thus leading to work done in old fashion way; and most of the time the advise and inputs were not considered as many used to their ways of doing things. Investment on technology is not easy. Old computer systems and need to be shared delay the work.
