    Good starting point for beginner
    The good thingsHigh allowances, high salary for executive level, continuous increment every year and many things you can learn to build up your career especially for the fresh grad. you can also learn how to handle your department well from the helpful seniors. The employer also join the team if any big problem to discuss the way of solving that particular problem.
    The challengesHopefully someday, the employer can make 5 working days only instead of 6 working days. So that the worker happy to work because already have enough rest.

    The good thingsGood instructions from management and the top management are easy to to refer too for any problem that occur outside of our range. Since it is the second factory the relationship with the employees also are good with each other which help us to do our jobs well.
