Worse company ever with poor management
The good thingsYou can learn a lot of open source solution as the company won't spend on enterprise solution include backup solution. Mostly cloud servers setup and troubleshoot.
The challengesFast decision making without testing. Executive director decision is needed for all departments include HR.

    Good workplace with great people
The good thingsPositive working environment with great people. You will have a hands-on development and the chance to display what you are capable of. The company makes use of the latest technologies and it will surely keep you up to date with the latest standard.
The challengesSometimes the deadline may adjust and you will experience some pressure.

Great Internship Experience for Starters (AppAsia Talents)
The good thingsAble to get hands-on experience with mobile game developments that would require programmers to deal with updates on SDKs/services and also the game itself. Employees and interns alike were friendly and would like to extend a helping hand if you would like to learn. Employer was friendly too and the employer did their best on ensuring the work requirements were well-delivered. Work-environment was great, definitely! (However, I heard they were going to move into a new office that time)
The challengesIt is a company for interns to learn and getting experience, not for potential career growth. (Not saying it is bad) Sometimes projects were scrapped due to different focuses but it is understandable. Task requirements would get messy at times (not often) due to additional requirements being mentioned during mid-development.

    Great Motivation from Manager
The good thingsAble to solve and think and work with a team. Having great motivational talk every Monday/Friday to motivates our spirit to perform well in our job. Having free food during stress period and meeting :)
The challengesMaybe the company could have perform better in the way of giving a proper training before every batch starts working and having a mentor-mentee session for weak members could help them a lot too. No bias issues should been developed in the company due to non-satisfaction from the staff to the employee just because the employee are not the same level minded as them.
