    It feels like working with a family in a beautiful surrounding
    The good things- I was guided throughout the jobs that i was assigned to - Everyone was friendly - the employer gives out the best advises on what to do and what not to do - the staffs are outgoing - you can enjoy the beautiful green scenery outside the lab - the lab is completed with tech stuff thus it will make it easier to conduct experiments - the lab focuses more on soil, fertilizer and plantation based experiment - good bonuses and good salary
    The challenges- the short time to analyze samples in a short time - multitasking between experiments - to be able to complete the experiments according to the customer demands - the results that we expected to get but we get it differently, so the experiments had to be repeated and this consumes time - variables of experiment setup and chemicals for each of different experiments - using strong acids which highly need precautions in the lab
