    The good thingsGood exposure to enhance your technical and soft skills, working with professionals - support always there if you go to the right channel. Salary always paid on time without fail. Salary adjustment and bonus is fair. Chances to grow always there.
    The challengesWork load can be overwhelmed for 1 staff/1 small team to handle and caused stress. Very less fun activity organised by company. If not to do with the whole employee nationwide, perhaps allocated budget quarterly for small group to out together and have team building activity.

    The good thingsEmployee engagement, good benefits, career development within the Company across the country or even region, the supports that you receive whenever you need help, and the work though is very fast paced, you get to learn a lot, build your own growth and also see how far you can stretch. You can't have everything perfect in a Company but working in one of the most ethical company in the world changes your perspective that you can still do the right thing and do it right with integrity and transparency.
    The challengesIt is very fast paced, and workload is enormous. If not managed properly, the stress gets to you.
