    A Start-up Worth Joining
The good thingsKnock-off on time. Good for those seeking for family-oriented working environment (depends on project). Occasional lunch treats and perks given to staff.
The challengesThere are several projects company has on hand. General limitation is limited career growth as the company relationship with clients are contract-based and staff are viewed as contract staff working at client site. Employees may feel sense of insecurity given it's a new startup.

    Working machine life
The good thingsBasically only colleagues are good and friendly.
The challengesA new software vendor for financial industry. Never have any promise fulfil, what the boss told when interview would be totally change after start work. Dont think any chance of work life balance, working hour basically minimum is 12 hour and treat employees like working machine. What they promise is not trustworthy, and will give a lot rubbish reason to say all is about your false.
