    The good thingsLearn new things about engineering and project management. I also worked with senior engineers and technicians to solve issues around the warehouse. I was also exposed to the new surroundings around me where I get to gain new knowledge and information.

    The good thingsThere are good MNC systems to learn and gain. Have some culture of Lean Manufacturing. Training opportunity at average. A company for fresh graduate.
    The challengesSystem is there but execution is week due to unprofessional management/managers. Need to hire more talented people (with reasonable pay) so that they can bring fresh/new ideas. Working environment should be more open.
