Lots of things to learn, poor work-life balance
The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities given to you to learn new things as well as establish new connections with others in the same industry, team members are extremely friendly and helpful. Team supervisors will support you if you have ideas/things that you want to learn/do.
The challengesSalary is on the low side, even for fresh graduates. This work is perfect for you if you don't have other commitments other than yourself as it requires you to work on public holidays and weekends.

Fair review of being as CSA
The good thingsGood environment with friendly workmates helping each other and being cheerful during the worktime. Love to see with all fishes and marine animal inside. Not being affected by weather changes as it is inside the building.
The challengesSupervisor is not helping to develop skill, only know to put orders and being lazy after boss is going home. Expect to have big crowds during public holidays and you have to work during the day. Badly management of job roster.
