    Good place to start learning !
    The good things- Good environment all the employees very kind and easy to communicate (except certain manager level) - A good place for a fresh graduates to learn and gain experience.
    The challenges- Lot of veteran people in this company so they tend to think they own this company. - Not very easy to change their way of thinking and give new idea.
