    Excellent leadership and excellent care for employees
    The good thingsThere is a togetherness within the office and a very positive work environment that i have not experienced elsewhere. Very understanding bosses. Employees' concerns are swiftly attended to in a professional manner.

    The challengesPoor management team. Supervisors does not give solutions as they often expect staff to solve their own problems. Staff concerns are often unresolved. Salary band distribution is below average. Management team often exploit their power only to benefit themselves. Unrealistic company ideals.

    Bad company to works for career
    The good thingsSmall insurance company give flexible work time. Learns independent and is do somethings on own. Works life balance.
    The challengesOffice politiks is quite serious. Management peoples r quite selfish, negative n out of control. Sometimes unfairness treatments and discouragements. Boss ask lower staff to work je with not many guidances and supports. Honestly no recommend to work here.

    Archipelago Insurance Limited is not bad
    The good things-Diverse, multiracial and multinational co-workers. There are a lot we can learn from each other, be it for work or personal things. -Excellent facilities, well-maintained. Each of us has decent Company laptops -The main shareholder / founder of the Company is a great man with good leadership skills. He is also very knowledgeable about the industry.
    The challenges-There might be some office politics going on, but then again it's quite normal -You really have to equip yourself with insurance knowledge and you have to do it fast.
