    The good thingsmanage to gain a lot of experience doing all parts of architecture process. manage to work with an architects that genuinely wants you to learn more in depth of the architecture process.
    The challengesbeen difficult for a working mothers. expect to give 100% efforts despite your family status. love your job but not the company. the office recruits less malay female as they tend to get married early and have more kids. but if u can prove you that you can handle all that. go for it. life is more than 24/7 thinking about your job expectations.

    Colleagues are all friendly, but for part 1 not really encouraged because can only participate in certain process not all.

    A fast pace company
    The good thingsSalary and OT are very good here. There are a lot of projects in this company so you dont have to worry about not doing anything and not having any experience working in this company. Everyone was very helpful even the seniors.
    The challengesI would really love to give this company a 5 star IF the working hour does not starts at 830. And a flexible, more enjoyable environment without having to fear that your boss is walking in the walkway looking at what you are doing. It would be better for the employees to work with ease and enjoyment in heart. Maybe need more loving and family oriented vibe in there.
