Sweet n sour being a full time employee!The good thingsThe biggest reason I choose to join in because its fulfill my criteria to do and learn different things.It was a totally different industry which i experienced before. The teammate very supportive and our task can be done within the stipulated time. The job also always challenge me in many ways but of course it was help me alot to gain new knowledge and skill even in the middle i felt to back off!
The challengesPerhaps i need to evaluate the decision i take is worth it or not. It is because once u step in, its very tough to turn back. Each company got its good and bad, working environment also play important role. Be kind to others and not give too much expectation cause end up we migth losing it in the end!
