    Memorable due to toxic working environment
    The good thingsBeing able to communicate well with everyone
    The challengesDuring the interview, the salary was agreed and will be proceeded but on the day of receiving the offer letter, the salary was deducted lower and had no choice but to agreed. A lot of politics, Working under the business development team, my team lead was not a supportive and encouraging person.

    The challenges> No proper work agenda > Empty promises without proper black and white SOP > When Directional changes occur the information wont be passed accordingly > No proper outcome in passing information always last minute > Cant develop yourself while working here
