Good Management
The good thingsFriendly Top Management. Great team for project. Family covered medical. Working time almost flexible for site workers. Love the environment and work place. My Project Director always take care and understanding about workers. Provide training for staff every years. Every month HQ will do gathering and lunch together.
The challengesThe most challenger is to conduct client report needed in last minute and as soon as possible.

Great team you could ever wish for!
The good thingsMy colleagues were very friendly and helpful. The working environment is super nice, we did not only work together but also there is Sports and Recreational Club where every week they will go for a badminton session (twice a week). We went for a short escape to get to know each other better and the employers are great too, in terms of boost up your spirit and teach you to think out of the box.
The challengesI did not encountered much of challenges since 6 months is very short period of time.
