Arista Service Center is not service orientated , they not focusing in providing acceptable watch servicing for the brands they carried . Poorest service center absolutely

The challengesNo Bonus and salary increment every year. No fringe benefits . No career advancement. No company trip and never ever request anything because nobody will care for the employees side .

The good thingsNot really enjoy, because the salary they pay are low.but the best part is i learn something new.learn how to repair a watch.
