    A good prospectus
    The good thingsThe management and the employee are bond together. There is no gap between them. The work also ok with the salaries. A lot of things can be learn there with the oldtimers..
    The challengesThe working shift and the OT.. hehe.. But overall its Ok due to economic crisis that was made by the government right now.
