    The good thingsMy feedbacks were always listened by the management and it's a great feeling to feel like a value add to the company. The job comes with lots of creativity, analytical and problem solving skills. I also like that the company culture does not encourage you to follow the conventional route - as seen in their products. Good performance comes with generous bonus.

    The good thingsThe workplace is fast paced, thriving with opportunities to be actively involved in decision making. In comparison to the other same field players, there is little bureaucracy usually associated with large firms, which are often a plague that slows down your development. The management does not micromanage. I was also expected to work independently and run the show as I see fit. My work performance was good and it felt appreciative to be recognized by means of career growth/incentive rewards.
    The challengesThere are certain expectations from the management so it can be stressful at times. However the learning process is interesting due to a flat org structure, so if you are adaptable and are able to learn quick, it shouldn't be a problem.
