    Best Company Choice for Senior Level Staff
    The good thingsThe management & bosses in the company are good listeners from employee's suggestion & super kind. Respectful and Teamwork Management style - the management always work together with employees and solve the problem together.
    The challengesThe Company is super suitable for Senior Level Employee to join due to the Company are willing to empower their staff. However for junior-level staff, you have to explore everything by yourself and there is a lack of professional senior to keep guiding you. Must learn to be independent as the management will start to empower you and start trusting you in anything that you have done (you will feel guilty of yourself if you find out you're making a mistake in your task and disappoint the management). Quite a pressure for every task you have done due to you are not very sure whether the task you have done is right or wrong in a professional way (due to you're still in junior-level and lack of professional experience in such task compare to sunior).

    The good thingsIt is a productive agency of graphic design. The company doing things mostly about printing, name card, poster and brochure. Besides, the company doing B2B exhibition event as well. They have a annual trip to different countries for those who are employed. The boss are good and kind. Always motivating people to achieve higher potential. It is a good place to have learn everything you can. Because we hand-on everything we do to make sure things are running smoothly.
    The challengesTo working long hours from morning until night time. Sometimes, need to have to work until 7pm. Beside, the design skill need to be good. Graphic Designer has to be independence. And everybody in this company work whole heartedly to achieve the best result they can get.
