    Most Grateful to his company to give me my career growth and now I am moving forward to a new location
    The good thingsI am so glad to be worked here. gained the best career experience. High technology infrastructure - SAP software using for more than 25 years ! After I worked here, my job applications are accepted by all employers because of this great company name and reputation. Very sad to leave, but I am relocating to a new house.
    The challengesThere are many competitors who write nonsence about this company. Sad that these other competitors are so nasty ...

    working here is the best way to grow your career path ... all the industry players look up to his company as leader !
    The good thingsMy colleagues are very nice and helpful. The company has well established systems using SAP software for past 26 years.
    The challengesThat job can be very challenging during pandemic times. They have to work late, and sometimes stay over at vendor's location because of all the SOP problems. And then when anything goes wrong, the first thing is to check with the QA. Quite stressful I guess.

    This is the most professional and ethical company I worked for.
    The good thingsI have many jobs before this. They treat customers well. During this bad economy , some customers try not to pay full price for the project, they complain and complain. One time, a customer purposely scratched a glass top. My company just replace all tops because of different color shade in a new production batch of glass. They continue to serve the customer!
    The challengesa very challenging IT system called SAP Enterprise System. When I first used it, I feel like resigning already. Just do difficult. lucky my colleagues, even my juniors who worked here longer helped me out. The working environment is very appreciated by me.

    The good thingsTreats the customers well ! Treats employees well too !
    The challengesduring 2020, they implement VSS to survive. It was very attractive VSS,. Many of my colleagues left with nice CASH-on-the-spot payments. I was not entitled because i just joined this company. My salary cut by 10% for almost a year ! During 2020, the company reduced my salary by 10%. Fortunately, in 2021, my salary was fully reinstated.

    A great start to my career
    The good thingsThe working environment is fantastic because the business is to provide the best offices to the world, and of course our office is amongst the best working environment available on earth ! The office won the MIID Silver Award for Design Excellence !
    The challengesI just started working here for a few months and so I have to put in looong working hours, but I enjoy myself here. it is so so much better than my previous company's working environment.

    The good thingshaving to survive the pandemic, the company had done an attractive VSS. Many of the VSS takers having left the company appears to be regretful that the company is doing well now, and on the expansion mode to greater successes. The company has won awards recently. For example, the MIID Product Excellence Award 2020 announced in December 2020.

    Regret Working Here, No Career Progression
    The good thingsNothing good, good thing is that you're employed thats all to be honest.
    The challengesManagement does not keep their words and promises. Dont be fooled by their word during interviews. Company is also not doing well. They only treat you nicely the first two weeks.

    The challengesThey will not treat you as a staff, there will be no bonus even if the company makes tons of money. Problematic top management. Very poor management. Come to this company if you really have to. I regret working at this company.

    The good thingsIt is very difficult working here. No job description given. You do things as you are told. No one supports your work. You will always be in the wrong and your ideas are never welcomed.
    The challengesNot sure who has been writing the previous positive reviews but surely did not come from any current or past employee. The company does not have a direction. No new products ever came out. Please look elsewhere for work.

    The good thingsThis is a public listed company that is both ISO14001 and ISO9001 certified. We growing fast in the near future because we are competitive and our team is hard working. So this is very motivating for me, since I can see my career going forward fast and well !!!

    I just joined, and this is a great place to work !
    The good thingsI am happy working here coz of the great office environment, and friendly colleagues. After a brief orientation, my colleagues taught me how to use the enterprise-integrated software, which is quite complex. They are patient, and I have learnt it well now. There are no business communication problems. A customer order is recognized when we see it in SAP software screen !
    The challengesThe training and orientation can be longer so that we can get less stress in this complex business software.

    Our financial system with SAP/R3 enterprise integration is fantastic !!!!!
    The good thingsWorking here on the financial system is a nice experience. The system had never crashed, and the info is available instantly. This really reduce our stress level, and improve our working environment. The office interior is great too, like working in a five star hotel lobby.
    The challengesThe company plans to grow fast during the next five years, and is putting in a high expectation to all our us !!!

    The good thingsThis company had been established since 1965, and now we are at the fast expanding phase. Our company provides all kinds of exposure . . . .information technology, R&D, accounting, and all of us work on the same floor, and it is very interesting to check what my colleagues are doing . . . .
    The challengesI hope I will get a rotation to a new department soon . . . .

    This is my absolute favourite workplace
    The good thingsI had worked in several places before, and this is my absolute favourite workplace coz of all the amenities, and my kind colleagues, the management vision to grow the company, etc, etc. We have been having consistent double digit profit grow for the past years, and our salaries are also increasing. Our management is considerate. When the cost of living went up, we had some small increase in our income just to accommodate the increased in cost of living !

    The good thingsI spent most of my life here - that is why. it is a nice place to work. We have a very nice café, and we can spend time there anytime. We also take cigarette breaks in the compound at the side of the office. We can come in late, and just have to fill up the hours during the month.

    a great place - i missed the experience
    The good thingsour team worked well together. we consulted each other, and we faced our competition in the market head on. The office environment and workplace set up is like a dream office in the movies. most visitors come to our office and says wow! it is a pity I had to leave because my family relocated to a different region
    The challengesI actually cannot remember what was challenging in terms of 'not nice'. but I do remember we had to work, but the bosses recognizes us for our job done !

    a company with a great legacy
    The good thingsI have been working here a long time. From my estimate, about 70 percent of our entire Group has worked here more than 10 years. We are now growing at more than 15% per year for the recent years. it feels great. After some consolidation of our business, it is a good time to be with Artwright. .
    The challengesAs we grow, we need new teams members, and we are concern if they can live up to our legacy. But I will trust the selection process in HR to continue to maintain a great team ! We had one or two who were not very satisfied - the job market is fluid, and they moved on :-)
