    The good thingsGreat place to work. Flex working hours, beautiful place, friendly and helping staff, the place feels like home because its really comfortable. Fun! Active because have a lot of activities to join. Everyone enjoying their times at arvato.

    The good thingsThe work-life balance is very good, the office is very spacious and comfortable, accommodating environment, supportive and understanding bosses.
    The challengesIts hard to get promoted and salary raises not too high. Not attending company events might lower your KPI.

    The good thingsFlexibility given to employees, great pantry with pool table, Play station 4, and futsal. The employee's age group are rather young (around late 20-ties to mid 30-ties), with great management that is open to listen to employee's questions and try their best to meet the needs of employees.
    The challengesIndustry challenge, as Malaysia is quite young in terms of Software skills set.The current market type of candidates might not meet the industry standard for IT knowledge and technology to serve European region.

    Great work life balance
    The good thingsI love the flexi hours! Being in KL area it was always jam so flexi hours helps a lot. Everyone here is nice and friendly and it's certainly my 2nd home for now. Most of us are technical savvy so in case there're any technical issues, anyone could just bring it up and someone might come up with some ideas. Don't forget also some of the recreation we have (Jogging, Futsal, Badminton)

    Great people, workplace and benefits!
    The good thingsCompany promotes work-life balance, they practice flexi-hours, flexi benefits and they organize lot of social activities and team events too. Colleagues are very helpful and friendly too. Lot of travel and training opportunities especially for developers. Developers have the chance to work with international project team and expose to cutting edge technology. Strongly recommend for people who want to work in such environment.
