    Free meal but Rigid environment
    The good thingsThe good thing is you have free meal for lunch and free breads to take home to.
    The challengesMy department has no friendly-environment. The working hours is not flexible (must at desk 8am sharp). The superior in my department did not do well in teaching the subordinate (did not like it when they ask the same things twice).

    The good thingsLove to work here until retirement …1st time worked at 2000-2003 then resigned at on July 2007,after three months later comebacks again from that date on 17/11/2003 until now onward almost 18years … Everyone should be try to be here ( love this company)👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Very nice bosses, enjoy work environment
    The good thingsThe bosses are really nice, not so much of work only during month end a bit tight,can work from home,can get free breads to eat everyday and staff purchase for the breads.
    The challengesNot much benefit, system is abit slow.

    Great work experienced.
    The good thingsThe manager did a good job in managing the plant and can tolerate with the staff, which made the employee respect and loyal to keep working there. The environment and the staff was great which makes me don't feel stress and want to keep a good job. The manager and supervisors always share related info and knowledge. They also provide lunch for workers.
    The challengesThe challenges in this company is that they got many orders that sometimes the plant can't seem to accommodate with the large numbers of product to be produced.
