    Working in here is good for finding experience only. Not good for long term
    The good thingsCan learn many things especially the robit arm, problem solving and improve hands on skills.
    The challenges1. Management is the problem. Did not have enough manpower, but still need to do a lot of task. Already request manpower, but they just ignore it. 2. No safety officer. Environment is very dirty and hot. Overhead crane and gas pipeline didn't service at all.

    Lack of Career Growth
    The good thingsThe job is relatively less compared to other company, able to go home on time every day.
    The challengesThere is no room for career growth, didn't learn much skills after working for 1.5 years as nobody to coach you anything. Office is open space & noisy as the Director like to shout to people in office every single day. Worst management I've ever seen in a company. Annual leave is only 8 days for first 2 years of work, do not provide any allowances apart from salary.

    stressful yet lot of things can learn.
    The good thingslot of things can learn. good teamwork and helpful colleague. you need to do all job scope from operator job to your job scope. lots of robot, machine, automation. latest technology I can tell. so, take this opportunity to learn everything.
    The challengeslack of benefit and minimum number of holiday per year. even no holiday provided for hari raya. need to work 10 to 12 hours per day. toxic working environment due to bad bosses. cannot seat unless during break time (1hr per day)

    The good thingsGood place to learn, good place to set up your working experience, great place to start up your working attitude. There is no limit to learn something unless you limit yourself. Great working environment. Use uniform, dont need to buy expensive shirts for work.
    The challengesHR department doest help much. In some department, they practice on job training. Follow Japanese rules of working, but not management.

    The good thingsWorking environment very nice because it is center of Gulf country bettween qatar dubai UAE and bahrain. Very good culture with the people here and thats why nearly 6 year's i have been here in Saudi Arabia Jubail.
    The challengesChallenges working here is to produce timely with Teal product and blending with material either with solvent ic5 or ic6. Then we make loading to ISO container with specific time and make documentation before to export or domestic.

    Good place to learn, not for your career
    The good thingsThis company is very generous in providing tools to make sure that their production line in smooth condition. Asahi Kosei have numbers of Casting Machines, CNC Machines, CMMs, etc.
    The challengesSharing toilet with smelly foreign workers, poor benefits & perks, improper management/admin, very long hours, stubborn senior foreign worker, less holiday & annual leaves.

    bad experience for the good build in you career
    The good thingsyou can learn a lot of thing where you can learn from the basic of the real life working experience.how you deal with people from the operator until the boss. you need to have a balance relationship with everyone so that you working would be easy.Do not have a high expectation where you thing you are very good enough because what you learn and working field are totally different.
    The challengesit is difficult to deal with boss which not same position thinking as yours. it is kind of stressful where you need to deal with boss that trying to makes up everything to get their profit that kind of challenge to show your are very good and fit for that positions. you need to compete with yourself for improvement.

    Good for fresh graduates
    The good thingsThe basic salary given by Asahi Kosei is quite high, unfortunately there are no allowances provided for the employees. Moreover, too many foreign workers inside the company makes the communication barrier is one of its biggest problem. The facilities provided such as canteen, praying rooms and toilets are things that need special attention by the management. Also, parking area for staffs.
    The challengesA better facilities would increase the interest for employee to enjoy their working experience. Also, a clean environment should also be taken into consideration. To increase ones productivity, this company should given extra attention on employee welfare.

    The good thingsNot bad now I come out I have experience to solved gov. DOE environment rule.
    The challengesCooling tower sump that day around 24 machine breakdown because of temp too high , after I checks problem point is suction pump check valve is rolling down to the sump so botton to upper is 4.5 meter so no choice only I take out my uniform go down in under the 4 m water . Just lost time around 33 to 40 minutes . I just feiling with my hand right and left lucky have done the check valve confirm
