    Great culture and growth opportunities
The good thingsWorking with among the best minds in the world is a privilege. The culture of well-being and flexible working hour is very good for work-life balance. So far, the company reward talents and uphold meritocracy. Office politics often minimal and can be mitigated. If you are ambitious, growth opportunities will come along. Its up to you to up your game or get left behind.
The challengesFast paced environment might not be suitable for everyone. But you'll learn a lot. Probably transparency between departments can be improved to foster better collaboration but that's the typical challenges of any growing company.

    Awesome
The good things- Multicultural on different races and country. - Open Culture for discussion. We can directly talk to bosses with minimal consequences - Direct reporting : For my team we are having a direct reporting to one person which are IT Director, so there's no need for layers and layers of reporting - We have a lot's of event. For every festivities there always a party involved :D - There's also floating leave for every holidays :D
The challengesFast pace environment, as a new setup company the changes are rapid and we always need to adapt to all the changes. Trying to handle a lot of request from different department is one of the toughest job as IT. As the headcounts are low. IT team need to learn a lot of thinks which is not even their skills. A need to be able to multitasking and fast learner as you always need to learn new things
