Many things can be learned but the way of working, salary scale and management is very bad.
The good thingsWorking in a small pharmacy like Ascen Plus pharmacy is good because the boss and colleagues cooperate well and support each other. This pharmacy diligently provides information and training for new products so that staff can provide useful information for customers and increase store sales.
The challengesFor staff such as Pharmacy Assistant or Sales Assistant, the workload is the reason many staff decide to quit Ascen Plus after no more than a month of work. Such as stock invoice, stock transfer request from other outlet, need to manage purchase return, consignment note for supplier and need to contact supplier to take stock expire, should not be work of Pharmacy Assistant or Sales Assistant but work of purchaser/buyer through warehouse. In addition, staff need to manage customer requests through WhatApps, which should be the job of online or ecommerce staff. In short, the outlet staff took tasks that they shouldn't. In addition, the outlet staff has to manage the store in terms of tidiness, cleanliness, stock management in the store including check expiration items, but the staff can never do that task properly because the store staff has to do other work and it is not necessary for the store staff to do it. Therefore, please HR and management consider and reorganize the proper assignments for outlet, warehouse and HQ staff. For the managerial side, please don't complain that sales on that day are bad, instead, go to the field and work together, feel the experience as an outlet staff before releasing hurtful opinions in the WhatApps group. Your way is very annoying, painful and stressful.

Nice place to learn, nice colleagues
The good thingsGood place to learn for newbies.
The challengeshectic and stressfull workload. Multitasking is really much needed. Basically you have to do almost everything as a pharmacy assistant (that is what higher salary for). Must learn how to work alone without the help of your colleague while not expecting the superior to appreciate you. The superior might not know how is your workload and how burdening it is, but they expecting you to have superpower to get all the task done. good luck

    Around the clock work period.
The good thingsGreat team and manager at certain outlets.
The challengesInflexible hours. Everyone gossipd and blames. High turnover equals to constant flow of new untrained staff, work overload and extra double shifts. No social life. No space for staff, neither a pantry nor a decent space for personal items.
