    The good thingsmy collegues and benefit as a staff, not to mentioned my humble yet very talkative Resident Manager. he is a very good example to all level of staff. i will always cherish the moment he came to my place,direct from the office's door,just to shaked my hand and wish me Happy Birthday! what the moment..
    The challengesthe work-load and the guess also sometimes can give you the hard time. but, you can take this as a challenges.
