    A place to gain experience
    The good thingsThe perfect place to intern at if you are an Aquaculture or related student and its better to apply for farm jobs. You'll be able to gain a lot of experience in regards to shrimp culture. The employees and staffs are friendly. Accommodation is provided with T&C. You will have the chance to learn a new language depending on where you go.
    The challengesMost farms are located far from town so procuring daily necessities will be difficult.

    The good thingsWork for few years in this company. Benefits are good. Got medical card, bonus and increment. Good working environment.
    The challengesIf you are under IT department, there will be A LOT of challenge. You might not get all the benefits that you SHOULD get. If you make any mistake, you might do charity most of the time to the company.

    The good thingsLearn something new. Growth company with good benefit, bonus, medical card. Friendly senior for IT, they always help if we have issue. Friendly enviroment
    The challengesStress, with superior. Turnover for IT dept very high like chipsmore. Newcomers always in and out. You can try if u have attitude " hati kental, tahan perli sinis dewa, can reply whatapps on 1 am in a morning.

    IT good for fresh grad
    The good thingsI have very good colleague, senior also very helpfull. I learn a lot here. Staff from others dept also good. Good benefit, have bonus and also medical card
    The challengesWorking here for a few month only. High turnover for IT Staff. Please avoid to join IT. Your working as goood as you are, but when you do wrong thing. You always be mark by IT HOD.

    The challengesIf you work in IT Dept, please be careful with IT HOD. You will work under pressure for all of time. To many report for proving, will whatapps At night either weekend for something that you can do it on next working days. 1 mistake that you do it, all the goods that you done before will be forgotten and will blame you all the time. Better you resign and find another job

    The good things3 month as intern at Asia Aquaculture was really great because all staff were really helpful, willingly to teach us,good accommodation, and gained lots of new experience and we can learn thai language eat thai food everyday =)
