    Good environment & people but less technical
    The good things- good and flexible environment - upper management understanding & opened to discussion as long as you willing to ask - colleagues at project site helpful, knowledgeable and good to work with
    The challenges- not much design work/ technical engineering tasks. Mostly works are site works which is gained from experience - site team quite independent, so not much to manage (unable to learn project management)

    So far so good
    The good thingsThe good things about working in this company are friendly environment, good team work & have work life balance. Senior employees always helping the new one and they not keeping knowledge for themselves. They also let the new employees learned new thing consistently. I believe the management understand very well that the employees also an asset for the company.
    The challengesThe company is far from my hometown.
